Nightmare Nyx

The Malum Somnium Comedenti, commonly referred to as the 'Nightmare Nyx,' is a 7-eyed, 4-winged/eared, bipedal creature that commonly appears in recurring dreams of various individuals of no particular demographic. It is rumored to enter a person's dreams and cause havoc, feeding on any negative energy released during a nightmare, and revealing its true appearance to the dreamer before they regain consciousness. Though it has never been spotted in the physical realm, it is given consistent descriptions by many who have recounted their personal encounters with the creature.
